A useful proportion and durable graphic system can make the tin worth keeping for small objects after the confectionery is gone.
Project development
A memorable pack still has to run in production.
The initial brief should state the confectionery type, individual wrap, count, layout, insert concept, quantity, artwork and destination. These facts guide the structure and help identify relevant existing molds.
Magnetic lids, sliding formats, window structures and special shapes create different experiences, but they also introduce different tolerances, assembly steps and packing needs. The development route is confirmed after feasibility review.
CMYK print, metallic ink, matte or gloss varnish and embossing can be used to create hierarchy and tactile detail. The artwork should allow for formed corners, seams, opening areas and any insert geometry.
Food safety, migration, barrier and shelf-life requirements cannot be claimed from appearance. The brand or importer should define applicable market requirements, and the final combination of product, wrap, insert and tin should be tested before approval.
Material documentation
Evidence matched to the real specification.
Selected supplier tinplate, coating and ink systems have third-party reports covering relevant requirements such as FDA 21 CFR 175.300 extractives, GB 4806.10, REACH and RoHS. Applicability must be matched to the actual materials, confectionery format, end use and destination market. Supporting documents can be reviewed on request; they are not blanket certification of a finished Baoyue package.
Review the tinplate, ink and coating test-report scope before defining the food-contact surface and inner pack.
