Inside Baoyue's new factory

Custom tin box production,
shown as it really works.

These are real working spaces at Baoyue—from pressing and production to samples and project coordination. They give buyers a clearer view of where their packaging is developed and made.

How a tin project moves

From a measured brief to repeatable production.

The factory conversation starts with the product, not a list of machines. Product dimensions, inner packing, quantity, artwork status and destination market shape the structure, sample and approval path.

Baoyue can review round, square, rectangular and special-shaped tins using an existing mould or a custom tooling route. Lid systems, windows, hinges and special openings are considered together with the product and filling method.

CMYK printing, metallic ink, matte or gloss surfaces, embossing, debossing, inner bags, dividers and fitted inserts can be developed as parts of one specification. Feasibility is checked before a physical sample is approved.

Price, tooling, sample timing, production schedule, food-contact requirements and delivery are confirmed for the actual project. Factory photographs show real Baoyue working spaces; they do not replace a current project audit or documentary review.

Three approval stages

Keep the decisions visible.

A clear approval path reduces avoidable changes between the first idea and mass production.

01 · Brief and structure

Define what the pack must hold

Confirm the product, dimensions, inner pack, quantity, market and target date. Then compare an existing mould with any custom tooling need.

02 · Sample and artwork

Turn the direction into evidence

Review drawings, print areas, finish, opening, insert and a physical sample using representative packed products.

03 · Production and repeat

Approve one controlled specification

Confirm the final specification, quality points, packing, schedule and delivery terms before production, then retain the reference for repeat orders.

Factory questions

What buyers should verify.

The answers below state what the current site can support and what still requires project-specific evidence.

Is Baoyue a tin packaging manufacturer?

Dongguan Baoyue CanMaking Co., Ltd. presents real production, pressing, sample and project-coordination spaces in Dongguan. Buyers may request a current factory review and project documents before ordering.

Can an existing mould be used?

Yes, when an available shape and size fit the product, inner pack and opening requirement. A custom mould can be discussed when no existing reference is suitable.

What does the displayed Intertek report cover?

The displayed page records RoHS, REACH Article 33(1) and EU Waste Framework Directive results for the submitted sample. It is not a blanket food-contact certificate. Any document must be checked against the exact product, materials, date and destination market.

What information should a buyer send first?

Send the product dimensions, inner packing, preferred size or shape, estimated quantity, artwork status, destination market and target date.

Material documentation

Match reports to the production specification.

Available supplier documentation covers sample-specific tinplate, ink and coating tests. It supports an initial material review, not blanket certification of every finished package.

Review the tinplate, ink and coating test-report scope, including the limits buyers should check before approval.
