Factory partner · U.S. business sourcing

OEM tin packaging manufacturer
for U.S. B2B buyers.

Baoyue is a Dongguan custom tin box supplier for brands, product companies, packaging businesses, distributors, importers and other organizations that need made-to-order metal packaging. Start with an existing reference or a new structure, then confirm the contents, size, quantity, artwork, finish, destination and approval route.

One factory relationship, many kinds of buyer.

The relevant question is not whether a company is large, small or already works in packaging. It is whether the business has a measurable custom tin requirement that can be sampled, approved and produced.

  • Brands and product companies

Packaging for the company’s own product.

Food, tea, coffee, confectionery, toys, gifts, cosmetics, wellness products and promotional ranges can use a custom tin when the product-contact system, structure, artwork and destination requirements are defined. Startups and established companies follow the same evidence-led specification process.

  • Retailers, importers and co-packers

A production source behind a selling or packing operation.

Retail programs, importers, contract packers and product assemblers can source a defined tin format for resale, filling or final pack assembly. Carton marks, inner packing, shipping terms and approval responsibilities are confirmed for the actual order.

  • Packaging and promotional channels

A manufacturing partner behind the customer relationship.

Baoyue can act as a tin packaging supplier for packaging companies that manage design, procurement or end-client service. We can also review projects as an OEM tin supplier for distributors that need production support while retaining their own sales relationship.

Choose a practical route to custom tin packaging.

For U.S. packaging distributors, importers and brand teams: start with the product dimensions, inner pack, order quantity and destination, then compare a suitable existing structure with a new tooling route.

Match an existing mould

Send a reference photo or catalogue code, target dimensions and the clearance your product needs. We can compare similar shapes before artwork development.

Request a mould shortlist ↗

Develop a custom structure

Specify the lid style, printing, inserts and target market. Tooling, sampling and production pricing are reviewed separately for the confirmed specification.

Discuss custom dimensions ↗

Bulk, wholesale and private-label routes need different briefs.

A search term describes buying intent, but the approved specification controls production. Quantity, artwork versions, tooling, packing and destination must stay attached to every quotation.

Bulk orders

Bulk custom tins for a defined program

For a single brand launch, seasonal range or repeated product line, confirm the intended quantity by design, packed-product dimensions, opening method, print coverage, finish, insert and export packing. Larger total volume does not remove the need to separate artwork and specification variants.

Wholesale supply

Custom printed tins wholesale

Wholesale buyers and resellers need a clear SKU plan: which shapes and sizes are shared, which artwork belongs to each customer or program, how cartons are marked and what document set travels with the order. Baoyue should be evaluated as a wholesale tin packaging supplier against the complete commercial brief.

OEM production

A custom tin packaging factory behind your program

As a custom metal packaging manufacturer, Baoyue reviews structure, mould direction, printing, surface treatment, inserts, sampling and production approval. OEM manufacturing does not mean a buyer must accept a generic structure or unsupported performance claim.

Brand ownership

Private label tin packaging with controlled artwork

A private-label project can use the buyer’s brand, the end customer’s design or a distributor program. Artwork authorization, confidentiality, dielines, color standards, packing marks and the approved sample should be documented before production.

Choose the tin around what goes inside.

Application pages provide the next level of detail. They connect the buyer’s use to real Baoyue references, opening systems, inserts, material evidence and the questions required before sampling.

Existing references first; custom tooling when the product requires it.

A useful manufacturing discussion begins with the packed product and user experience, then evaluates the most practical structure and artwork route.

  • Reference and dimensions

    Start from measured contents.

Send product dimensions after any wrapper, pouch, tray or primary container is included. State the piece count, arrangement and headspace needs. An existing tin may shorten the decision path only when its usable internal space and opening work for the real contents.

  • Structure and components

    Review the complete pack system.

Lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic, clamp-lid, lockable and special-shaped routes have different forming and assembly questions. Windows, handles, magnets, locks, dividers and inserts must be assessed with the actual geometry and intended handling.

  • Printing and finish

    Approve artwork on formed metal.

CMYK artwork, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish, embossing and debossing are reviewed against seams, radii, draw areas and registration tolerances. A flat artwork file is not the final evidence; the approved physical sample controls production.

  • Material evidence

Match documents to the selected system.

The tinplate material report library contains sample-specific reports for selected tinplate, printing ink and coating systems. A report supports material review for the applicable sample; it does not certify every finished tin or every destination market.

Turn a sourcing enquiry into an approvable specification.

This path works whether the buyer is a small U.S. brand, a national company, a packaging distributor or an importer managing several customer programs.

  1. 01 · Brief

    Define product and commercial inputs.

Send the packed product, dimensions, quantity, preferred shape, opening, artwork status, finish, insert, destination, delivery terms and target date. Use the custom tin packaging specification guide to organize the first enquiry.

  2. 02 · Route

Compare an existing reference with custom development.

Baoyue reviews the available product references, dimensions and structure. If no existing direction fits, the custom-mould route, feasibility questions and sampling requirements are defined before any production assumption.

  3. 03 · Quotation and sample

Keep price attached to the exact specification.

MOQ, reference prices and tooling questions are explained in the custom tin box MOQ and pricing guide. The quotation and physical sample should identify the agreed size, structure, artwork, finish, components and packing.

  4. 04 · Approval and production

Record what the order is meant to reproduce.

Approve the physical sample and relevant documents before production. Inspection and packing checks should use the approved project specification rather than a generic description such as “tin box.”

Supplier questions, answered without assumptions.

Every project still requires a confirmed specification, quotation, sample and destination-market review.

Does Baoyue supply only packaging companies?

No. Baoyue works as a manufacturing supplier for brands, product companies, importers, distributors, packaging companies, promotional suppliers and other businesses with a defined custom tin requirement.

Can our company use its own brand or resell the tins?

Private-label, distributor and resale projects can be reviewed. Artwork ownership, confidentiality, approved specifications, packing marks and document responsibilities should be confirmed before production.

Can we start from one of our existing tins?

Yes. Send a measured sample, drawing or full dimensions together with the packed product and intended improvements. Baoyue can compare that direction with current references and determine whether new tooling needs review.

Can the tin directly contain liquid?

No. Baoyue tins are not suitable for direct liquid contact. A sealed bottle, pouch or other primary container may be considered inside a tin as secondary packaging when the complete project is reviewed.

What should we send for the first review?

Send the product and inner-pack dimensions, count per tin, estimated quantity, preferred structure, artwork status, finish, insert needs, destination and required date. Attach drawings, artwork or reference photos when available.

Start with the real packaging requirement

Tell us what goes inside,
then build the tin around it.

Send your project brief

Include product dimensions, quantity, preferred structure, artwork status, destination and any reference files. Baoyue will use those inputs to begin the existing-reference or custom-development review.
