What is the minimum order?
Custom B2B orders start from 5,000 pieces. Review the selected structure and specification with the factory.
Will I need a new mould?
Send a packed size, photo or sample. We review our 1,500+ existing molds first; new tooling depends on the required structure.
What should I check on the sample?
Check usable space, opening, artwork, colour, finish and inner packing. Agree the drawing and sample before production.
Can food-contact materials be reviewed?
Identify the actual contact surface, inner pack and use conditions. Match available documents to the material system and destination; a supplier report does not certify every finished tin.
How is the bulk order checked?
Agree inspection points for dimensions, lid fit, colour, finish and packing against the approved specification. Review project evidence and any additional checks with the factory.
When will samples and shipment be ready?
Tooling, specification and quantity affect the schedule. Confirm sampling, production and packing dates; transit and shipping terms are reviewed separately.
How should I share protected artwork?
Discuss artwork permissions and confidential handling before sharing protected files. Catalogue artwork is a reference, not permission to reproduce a third-party design.
