A special shape should carry an idea and survive production.

Baoyue works as a custom shaped tin box manufacturer for projects that need recognisable geometry, branded opening behavior or formed decoration. Custom shaped tin boxes can use custom hinged tins or other reviewed closures, while custom embossed tins require artwork zones that account for forming, seams and production tolerances.

Hexagonal, heart-shaped, house-shaped and spherical tins can create a recognisable object, but their value depends on product fit, opening logic, forming feasibility and the reason the shape belongs to the brand.

The first brief should explain the product, inner pack, required dimensions, opening action, quantity, artwork status and why a standard form is not enough. This helps separate a meaningful structural direction from decoration that adds cost without improving the pack.
