Three decisions before quotation
Choose the route before choosing the decoration.
These three decisions make a first enquiry more useful. They help Baoyue, a custom tin box manufacturer in Dongguan, compare an existing mould with a custom structure without guessing about the packed product.
01 · Product and contact systemDefine what actually touches the tin.
State the product, piece count, dimensions and whether a sealed pouch, wrapper, bottle, tray or other primary pack sits inside. For tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and candy, the complete contact and barrier system matters more than a generic “food tin” label.
02 · Structure and openingMatch the use before the finish.
Choose the opening experience around the buyer and product: lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic, clamp-lid, lockable or another reviewed structure. Inserts, dividers, windows and internal supports must fit the real contents and packing route.
03 · Quantity, market and timingMake the commercial brief measurable.
Provide the estimated quantity, artwork status, destination market, target launch date and any buyer standard. Those inputs determine whether an existing mould is practical, what evidence must be checked and which sampling route makes sense.
