Game card and collectible tins,
built around every component.

Plan the tin around the deck, tokens, booklet, insert and limited-edition experience so every component has a measured place.

Scope boundary

Public Baoyue products are shown only as structural references, not disclosed client cases. Customer artwork, licensed characters and unreleased products are not published without written authorization.

Cards, decks and tabletop components

Custom game card tin packaging should follow the deck dimensions.

A measured layout keeps cards, tokens, rules and accessories organized through packing and use.

For custom game card tin packaging, provide the finished card dimensions, deck thickness, sleeve allowance, number of decks, instruction booklet and any tokens or dice. A trading card tin box manufacturer can then review internal clearance, corner radii, opening direction and an insert or divider instead of estimating from card size alone.

Custom board game tins and a custom playing card tin box may use lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic or lockable structures. The opening action influences the unboxing sequence, usable depth and artwork zones. Card sleeves, future expansions and repeated storage should be included before the internal specification is frozen.

Licensed and collector editions

Build collectible value without exposing confidential projects.

Edition planning, artwork control and repeat-order consistency matter as much as the metal form.

A collectible tin packaging manufacturer may support custom memorabilia tin box programs, sports collectible tin packaging, licensed merchandise tin packaging and an anime collectible tin box. The buyer should define the rights-approved artwork, edition quantity, SKU count, numbering method, retail channel and schedule. Baoyue does not publish licensed characters or customer files without authorization.

Collector edition tin packaging can combine cards, badges, coins, booklets, small figures or other licensed merchandise using a fitted insert and controlled removal points. Public product images on this page are structural starting points and not disclosed client cases. They do not claim that the displayed artwork belongs to a current game, sports or entertainment customer.

Engineering and quotation

Confirm tolerances before artwork crosses seams and hinges.

The card stack and insert establish the internal geometry; printing follows the formed structure.

Share card dimensions, stack height, sleeve use, component count, insert preference, opening type and finished pack weight. The hinge, lid clearance, rolled edges and formed corners influence available artwork and internal space. A physical white sample or printed sample should be reviewed with representative contents.

Quotation also requires quantity per design, total designs, destination market, export packing, target approval date and launch date. Existing molds can shorten structural development where they fit, while distinctive collector shapes may require new tooling and a separate sampling route.

Structure, print and packing

Define the specification before artwork approval.

The product dimensions, content arrangement, insert, opening, decoration, quantity, export packing and destination market should be reviewed as one manufacturing brief.

01 · Fit

Measure the complete contents

Share actual dimensions, weight, orientation and clearance so an existing mold or custom structure can be reviewed against the real pack.

02 · Presentation

Match opening and insert

Lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic and special-shaped routes create different access, display and packing requirements.

03 · Production

Control artwork and versions

CMYK, spot color, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish and selected embossing depend on geometry, forming areas, quantity and artwork.

Existing Baoyue references

Structural starting points, not disclosed client cases.

These public products demonstrate format, opening and presentation directions. Final application suitability is confirmed against the buyer's measured contents and specification.

Evidence and approval

Material reports support selection, not blanket claims.

Selected supplier-side tinplate, printing-ink and coating reports can support a project document review. Relevance depends on the actual material system, decoration, end use and destination-market requirements.

The buyer should identify product-contact, restricted-substance, labeling, transport and retail requirements before material and artwork approval.

Review Baoyue's current tinplate material reports, then request the document set needed for the selected specification.

Practical questions

What buyers should confirm before sampling.

Clear product and market information protects both the design intent and the manufacturing decision.

What card dimensions are needed for a tin quotation?

Send the finished card length, width, corner radius, deck thickness, number of decks and whether sleeves are used. Include rules, tokens and every other component.

Can a card tin include an insert or divider?

Yes. Paperboard, molded pulp, foam or formed inserts and dividers can be reviewed against the deck, tokens, booklet, access and packing method.

Can Baoyue manufacture licensed collectible tins?

A project can be reviewed when the buyer controls or has authorization for the supplied artwork and marks. Baoyue does not publish or claim confidential licensed work without permission.

Can the tin be hinged, magnetic or lockable?

These structures can be evaluated against the dimensions, usable depth, artwork, order quantity and production route. Final feasibility is confirmed during engineering and sampling.

Are the products shown on this page game-industry cases?

No. They are existing public Baoyue structural references, not disclosed client cases. Final suitability is reviewed against the buyer's real cards and components.
