Baoyue can review round, square, rectangular and special-shaped references, existing molds, custom molds, CMYK or metallic printing, embossing and inserts. Barrier and sealing performance must be confirmed against the complete tea, liner and closure system; it is not assumed from the outer tin alone.

The right starting point depends on how the tea is packed, how the brand expects the tin to be opened and whether an existing mold can support the required fill volume.
Start with the tea and inner pack
Loose leaf, sachets, compressed tea and gift assortments need different internal clearances. Share the pack dimensions and target fill before selecting the outer tin.
Choose a lid that matches use
Slip lids, plug lids, clamp closures and hinged structures create different opening rhythms. The closure should be reviewed together with the liner or inner bag.
Use metal deliberately
CMYK print, metallic ink, matte or gloss varnish and controlled embossing can carry the identity without crowding the surface. Artwork feasibility is checked before sampling.
Project development
From a packaging direction to a repeatable tin.
A useful tea packaging brief begins with facts: product dimensions, fill weight, inner bag or liner, desired tin size, order quantity, artwork status and U.S. destination. These details allow the structure and an available mold to be reviewed before decoration becomes the main conversation.
An existing mold may reduce the amount of structural development required, but it still needs to fit the product and presentation. When no reference is suitable, a custom mold direction can be discussed. Tooling, samples and mass production are confirmed separately for the actual project.
The exterior can be developed with CMYK printing, metallic inks, matte or gloss finishes and embossing or debossing where the geometry permits. Inserts, dividers and retaining components can also be reviewed for gift sets or multiple tea formats.
Baoyue does not treat aroma protection as a slogan. The outer tin, lid, inner bag, liner and filling method work as one packaging system. Samples should be evaluated with the real product before a production specification is approved.

Evidence matched to the real specification.
Selected supplier tinplate, coating and ink systems have third-party reports covering relevant requirements such as FDA 21 CFR 175.300 extractives, GB 4806.10, REACH and RoHS. Applicability must be matched to the actual materials, tea format, end use and destination market. Supporting documents can be reviewed on request; they are not blanket certification of a finished Baoyue package.

Can an existing mold be used for a custom tea tin?
Yes, when an available shape and size fit the tea, inner pack and presentation. Artwork, finish and insert options can then be reviewed around that reference. A new mold is considered when the required proportion or structure is not available.
Can the tea tin be printed with our brand artwork?
CMYK printing, metallic inks, matte and gloss surfaces, and embossing or debossing can be reviewed. Final feasibility depends on the artwork, tin geometry and production specification.
Does the tin itself guarantee aroma or moisture protection?
No blanket guarantee is made. Performance depends on the lid, seams, liner or inner bag, filling process and storage conditions. The complete packaging system should be tested with the real tea.
