Cookie & biscuit packaging · Protect the arrangement

Cookie and biscuit tins,
for U.S. food and gift programs.

For U.S. food brands and importers, a biscuit or cookie tin has to support the pack layout, inner wrapping, gift presentation and shipment assumptions before artwork is locked. Shape, depth and internal support should be reviewed early.

Discuss the real brief
Scope note

Baoyue can review square, rectangular, round and window-lid references, custom structures, printed surfaces and internal support. Product protection and food-contact requirements depend on the complete pack and transport test; they are confirmed, not assumed.

Size the biscuit tin around the filled tray.

For biscuit brands, bakeries and gifting projects, tray dimensions, layers and transport clearance are the useful starting points.

Match an existing mould

Share the filled tray size, number of layers and a reference tin photo. We will review similar mould dimensions before developing the printed surface.

What to decide first

Protect the product and the presentation.

Fragile cookies, layered assortments and individually wrapped biscuits need different clearances and internal support.

01 · Pack pattern

Measure the final arrangement

Share biscuit dimensions, count, wrap and layer pattern. The usable internal space can then be compared with existing tins and potential inserts.

02 · Movement

Control headspace and support

Dividers, trays, pads or other retaining components may help limit movement. Their performance should be checked through packed-sample handling and transport tests.

03 · Shelf story

Choose visibility with a reason

A transparent window can reveal the product, while an uninterrupted metal lid gives more room for print and embossing. The choice should match the retail and gift experience.

Project development

A reliable brief starts with the biscuit itself.

Provide the product dimensions, piece count, inner wrapping, arrangement, target quantity, artwork and destination. These details allow the internal volume and lid clearance to be reviewed before a mold is recommended.

Square and rectangular references often suit layered assortments, while round tins can support familiar seasonal formats. Window lids, magnetic closures and special shapes are possible directions where the product and production brief justify them.

Printed tinplate can carry full-colour artwork, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish and selected embossing. The print layout is checked against seams, corners and forming areas so the approved design remains practical in mass production.

The outer tin alone does not establish shelf life or prevent breakage. Inner wrapping, trays, cushioning, carton packing and logistics conditions must be evaluated as one system using representative samples.

These are current product references, not promises that one format fits every project. Open a detail page for the supplied specification and reference price, then ask for confirmation against the actual brief.

Practical questions

Before a sample is made.

Clear inputs reduce avoidable mold, artwork and packing revisions. Answers below describe the review process without inventing project guarantees.

Which tin shape works for cookies and biscuits?

The best shape depends on product dimensions, count, layer pattern and presentation. Square, rectangular and round references are available for review, but final fit should be confirmed with a packed sample.

Can a biscuit tin include a transparent window?

A round window-lid reference is available, and other window directions can be evaluated. Window material, fixing method and market requirements must be confirmed.

Can inserts or dividers be customised?

Yes, inserts, dividers and retaining components can be reviewed around the measured product arrangement. Final material and performance are approved through sampling.

Does the displayed product price apply to every custom order?

No. Product pages show supplied reference prices for stated specifications and quantities. Artwork, finish, insert, packing, taxes, freight and delivery terms are confirmed in the final quotation.
