Pet products · Dry treats · Sealed supplements
Develop a reusable metal pack around measured dry treats, sealed supplements and pet gift components instead of choosing a stock shape from a photograph.
Discuss a pet packaging project ↗Dry treats should use a suitable inner bag or wrap. Pet supplements remain in sealed bottles or pouches. The outer tin is not presented as a universal direct-food-contact container or a liquid-contact pack.
Dry treats and repeat-use packs
Treat format, oil content, fill volume and the consumer opening routine determine the useful structure.
A buyer requesting custom dog treat tins should provide the treat dimensions, target weight, inner bag dimensions, expected headspace and filling method. Dry biscuits, baked treats and mixed gift assortments use space differently, so a photograph or net weight alone cannot confirm the tin size. The inner bag remains the primary barrier while the outer tin supports branding, gifting and repeat-use storage.
Custom pet treat tin packaging can use round, square, rectangular, hinged, lift-off or special-shaped structures. Artwork can be reviewed for CMYK and spot-color printing, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish and selected embossing. The chosen opening should also make sense for repeated handling after the first sale rather than only for the retail shelf.
Supplements and multi-item sets
The outer tin can organize bottles, pouches, scoops and instructions without becoming the product-contact container.
Pet supplement tin packaging should be developed around the finished sealed bottle or sealed pouch. Share the closure profile, label area, filled weight, scoop dimensions and intended orientation. A paperboard, molded pulp, foam or formed insert can then be reviewed to hold the components and create finger access without placing the supplement directly against the metal.
Custom pet product tin boxes and pet gift tin packaging may combine dry treats, a sealed supplement, care accessories or printed instructions. Every component needs a measured position and an agreed packing sequence. Liquid grooming products or oils must remain in validated sealed primary containers because the Baoyue tin is not intended for direct liquid contact or relied on as a leakage barrier.
Quotation and approval
A useful RFQ lets the factory compare existing molds before discussing new tooling.
Send the company name, work email, product type, inner-pack dimensions, target fill, preferred outer size, quantity per artwork, insert needs, destination market and required launch timing. When a current mold fits the full pack, printing and finishing can be developed around that reference; when it does not, a custom mold route can be evaluated separately.
Material and food-contact requirements must be tied to the actual tinplate, coating, ink, inner pack, end use and market. Supplier reports can support document review for a selected specification, but they do not prove that every completed pet-food package has identical compliance or performance.
Structure, print and packing
The product dimensions, content arrangement, insert, opening, decoration, quantity, export packing and destination market should be reviewed as one manufacturing brief.
Share actual dimensions, weight, orientation and clearance so an existing mold or custom structure can be reviewed against the real pack.
Lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic and special-shaped routes create different access, display and packing requirements.
CMYK, spot color, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish and selected embossing depend on geometry, forming areas, quantity and artwork.

Selected supplier-side tinplate, printing-ink and coating reports can support a project document review. Relevance depends on the actual material system, decoration, end use and destination-market requirements.
The buyer should identify product-contact, restricted-substance, labeling, transport and retail requirements before material and artwork approval.
Review Baoyue's current tinplate material reports, then request the document set needed for the selected specification.
Practical questions
Clear product and market information protects both the design intent and the manufacturing decision.
The recommended route is to define a suitable inner bag or wrap and review the complete pack. Oil content, shelf life, hygiene, filling and destination requirements cannot be established by the outer tin alone.
Baoyue can develop secondary outer packaging around sealed supplement bottles or pouches. The buyer remains responsible for the approved primary pack, labeling, contents and destination-market requirements.
Yes, when the inner bag, fill volume, opening and presentation fit an available structure. Physical packed samples should be checked before a production specification is approved.
Paperboard, molded pulp, foam, formed plastic and divided layouts can be reviewed according to the components, weight, access and buyer requirements.
