Rectangular tins turn internal layout into usable space.

Straight sides and defined corners make rectangular and square tins useful for arranged products, layered food, presentation sets and compact retail packs. The internal plan should be resolved before the outer graphics are finalised.

Provide the product dimensions, piece count, wrap, layer pattern, insert concept, quantity and target market. These inputs reveal whether an existing rectangular or square reference has enough usable space after corner radii and lid clearance are considered.

Lift-off, hinged, sliding, magnetic, lockable and window structures can create very different opening experiences. Each introduces its own tolerances and assembly steps, so structure and artwork should be reviewed together before sampling.

Large panels can support CMYK artwork, metallic effects, matte or gloss varnish and selected embossing. Corners, rolled edges, hinges, locks and window openings must remain part of the artwork feasibility check.
